Avoiding bad karma is not too difficult. Follow the rule of doing good and not bad. There are people who think they are invincible. I believe by applying the simple rule of doing good you put yourself in position for good karma to come your way.
We all know
that bad things most often happen to good people and sometimes the wicked seem
to have the best of luck. Take for instance Idi Amin Dada, known as the ‘Butcher
of Uganda’ for his brutal despotic rule. He seized power in a military coup in
1971 and was responsible for killing 100,000 to half million people. Finally,
karma caught up with him. Ugandan
nationalists ousted him in 1979. He later fled into exile. Idi Amin, in my opinion is lower than a worm. He killed all the members of my
friend’s family. She managed to escape and was later able to come to the United
States.
I do not understand why people have
to be cruel. All I know it is better to do good. My friend forgave Idi Amin for killing all
the members of her family. Her forgiving
heart brought good karma to her life. She is doing extremely well financially. She is married to a wonderful man and has two
wonderful children.
I believe people that go out of their
way to harm others will eventually pay for their wrong doings. It is a law of nature. Eventually you will reap what you sowed. It takes
less energy to do what is right. Why do so
many people prefer to subject themselves to bad karma by doing wrong? Are they
blinded by self-hatred? I do not know
the answer. I have seen too many people in my circles suffer the consequences of
ill doings; I am compelled to do what is right towards others. Life is already hard;
I cannot afford to make it harder. I will do everything in my power to avoid
bad karma.
So how do you avoid bad karma? Four
simple words: Do good, not bad , easy , right?

ReplyDeleteI believe in Karma and the whole pay it forward. We have had some amazing things happen to us over the past couple of months. A guy bought us dinner at subway. For no reason. He worked there and said it was on him. Very sweet. Then we took the kids out for dinner we got a huge discount and free drinks. By the guy who ran the place and the most recent event is embarrassing. We did not have enough money in our checking account to pay for some groceries we had gotten. The guy behind us paid for it. No questions asked. Be nice to others and others will be nice to you!
